About the service
Perron Roulette suggests spontaneous rail destinations based on user choices and available travel information. It is an inspiration and planning aid—not a transport operator, booking service or guarantee of a journey.
Always verify your journey
Routes, times, platforms, fares, accessibility and disruption information can change or be incomplete. Before travelling, verify the complete itinerary in an official journey planner and follow instructions from the relevant transport operator. You remain responsible for tickets, travel decisions, safety and arriving on time.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, automate excessive requests, bypass access controls, misuse travel data, introduce harmful code or infringe the rights of others.
Early-access software
Testing versions may contain errors, change without notice or become unavailable. Feedback may be used to improve the service. Do not rely on a test version for time-critical travel.
Intellectual property
Perron Roulette’s software, name, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and data remain the property of their respective owners. NS is a trademark of its owner; Perron Roulette is independent and not endorsed by NS.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by reliance on inaccurate travel information. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and law
We may update the service or these terms. Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in your country of residence.
